Today’s guest is author Alexander Lanshe.
For over 20 years, Alex has trained with and been mentored by some of the most influential protectors and warriors in the country. He provides personal protection solutions and has trained men and women from teacher’s organizations, women’s groups, university and college students, and military personnel from the US Navy to the US Army Rangers. We will be discussing his latest book titled Anatomy of a Warrior: The 7 Virtues all Protectors Must Live by to Successfully Protect and Serve. In order to comlplete this book he interviewed more than 120 professional protectors and top industry leaders from the military, police and other government agencies. There is so much to be learned by those who have put their lives in peril and survived life and death experiences. This is yet another discussion where we reach outside the realm of athletics to gain insights into the psychological profile of peak performance.
